We're here to make your event as straightforward as possible. Types of simulators

Indoor Golf Simulator (Premium Deluxe)

We offer two indoor golf simulator options, giving us the flexibility to bring the experience to a wide range of venues.

Fully Enclosed Golf Simulator

The complete golf experience with maximum protection.

Our fully enclosed simulator creates a dedicated golf space and allows players to confidently hit everything from wedges to full-swing woods and drivers.

Best for: Sports & community halls, hotels, offices and larger indoor venues.

Space required: 4.5m (L) × 5m (W) × 3.2m (H)

Clubs: Full range, including driver and woods

Setup: Approx. 1.5 hours

Pack-down: Approx. 1 hour

Use: Indoor ideal | Outdoor in suitable summer weather

    Golf Simulator Screen

    A more compact setup for venues with less space.

    Get the full interactive simulator experience with a smaller footprint. Drivers and irons can be used, making this a great option where our fully enclosed simulator won't fit.

    Best for: Hotels, offices, community venues and smaller indoor spaces.

    Space required: 4m (L) × 4m (W) × 2.7m (H)

    Clubs: Drivers and irons*

    Setup: Approx. 1 hour

    Pack-down: Approx. 45 minutes

    Use: Indoor only

    • Both options include professional impact flooring, premium golf mats and a heavy-duty impact screen, with our team managing the complete setup and pack-down.

    Outdoor Golf Simulator (Par 3 Popup)

    It offers a fun and interactive golf experience with plenty of space for full swings, challenges and friendly competition.

    Best for gardens, festivals, community events and outdoor spaces. Suitable for some ground-floor indoor venues.

    • Minimum space: 3.6m (L) × 4.6m (W) × 3.1m (H)
    • Includes: Non-slip matting and synthetic turf.
    • Requirements: A flat surface and access to one standard 230V power socket. Impact flooring is available as an optional extra for indoor use.
    • Setup time: approx. 1.5 hours
    • Pack‑down time: approx. 1 hour
    • Outdoor Use: Ideal (weather permitting)
    • Indoor Use: Ground floor only. Impact floor can be added for an additional cost if your indoor space requires extra protection or stability

    All bookings include professional installation, full supervision throughout your event, and pack-down after your event. Available exclusively for events across North West London, particularly in Harrow, Barnet, Brent, and Hillingdon.

    Which simulator is best for my event?

    It depends on your venue, available space and the type of experience you're looking for.

    • The Indoor Golf Simulator (Premium Deluxe) is ideal for realistic, full-swing golf and indoor events
    • The Outdoor Golf Simulator (Par 3 Popup) is perfect for outdoor celebrations, community events and fun, fast-paced challenges.

    Where can I check availability?

    Simply get in touch using our enquiry form with your preferred date and event location. We'll check our availability and get back to you as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours.

    How close does the power socket need to be?

    We just need access to one standard 230V power socket. All of our simulator equipment runs from a single outlet, and we provide professional-grade extension leads if the nearest socket isn't close to the setup area.

    How many people can use the simulator?

    Our simulator is ideal for 2–20 active players, with guests rotating through quick-fire challenges and competitive scoring rounds. Larger groups are welcome too — we’ll adapt the format to make sure everyone gets involved.

    How do I check that my venue is suitable?

    You can send us a few photos of your venue along with your room or outdoor space measurements, and we'll let you know if it's suitable. If you'd prefer complete peace of mind, we also offer a £40 site assessment where we'll measure your space, check the flooring and recommend the best setup for your event. Contact us

    Do I need to be a confident golfer?

    Not at all. Our experiences are designed for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced golfers. Our hosts explain everything, organise fun games and challenges, and make sure every guest feels welcome and enjoys taking part.

    When and how do I pay?

    Full payment is required on arrival before we begin setting up the simulator. We accept both cash and card payments.

    For added peace of mind, we also ask the host to provide a credit or debit card as a security guarantee against damage caused by reckless behaviour. No funds are taken unless damage occurs, and we've never had to apply these charges.

    Are there any safety requirements?

    For everyone’s safety, participants must follow the guidance provided by our team and use the equipment responsibly. Anyone who is visibly intoxicated or unable to safely use the equipment will not be able to take part.
