These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with GenConnect Golf. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

GenConnect Golf is a sole trader business operated by Dan Burke, providing mobile golf simulator experiences for private, corporate and community events across North West London and surrounding areas.

If you have any questions, please contact us using the details provided on our website.

2. Booking Your Event

Your booking is confirmed once GenConnect Golf has accepted your enquiry and any required deposit has been received.

We will confirm:

  • Event date
  • Venue address
  • Arrival and setup times
  • Package booked
  • Total price

3. Payment

We accept payment by:

  • Card
  • Cash (where agreed)

4. Venue Requirements

The customer is responsible for ensuring the venue is suitable for the booked simulator.

Before the event, please ensure:

  • The recommended space and ceiling height requirements are met.
  • The setup area is flat, clean and free from obstacles.
  • A standard 230V power socket is available near the setup area.
  • There is safe access for loading and unloading equipment.

If the venue is unsuitable, GenConnect Golf may be unable to complete the installation. Any additional costs caused by unsuitable conditions may be charged.

5. Site Assessments

If you're unsure whether your venue is suitable, you may book a site assessment. The current site assessment fee is £40. If a site assessment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, the fee may not be refundable.

6. Setup and Pack Down

Please ensure the setup area is available before our agreed arrival time.

Our team will require reasonable access to install and remove the equipment safely.

Delays beyond our control may reduce the available playing time.

7. Safety

Safety is our highest priority.

All participants must follow the instructions provided by the GenConnect Golf host.

For safety reasons:

  • Only one participant may swing a club at a time.
  • Participants must remain within designated playing areas.
  • Children must remain under appropriate supervision throughout the event.
  • Anyone who is visibly intoxicated or unable to use the equipment safely may not be permitted to participate.
  • GenConnect Golf reserves the right to stop play if unsafe behaviour occurs.

8. Equipment Care

All equipment remains the property of GenConnect Golf.

Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of the equipment while it is on site.

Deliberate misuse, theft or damage may result in repair or replacement costs being charged.

9. Security Guarantee

For certain bookings, a valid credit or debit card may be requested as a security guarantee.

No payment will be taken unless equipment is damaged, lost or requires repair due to misuse or negligence.

Where possible, photographic evidence and repair estimates will be provided before any charge is made.

10. Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on how much notice is given.

Where possible, we will always try to rearrange your booking to another available date.

11. Weather

Outdoor events are subject to suitable weather conditions.

If severe weather makes setup unsafe or impractical, GenConnect Golf will work with you to rearrange the booking where possible.

The final decision regarding safe operation rests with GenConnect Golf.

12. Liability

While every effort is made to deliver your event as agreed, GenConnect Golf cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

13. Photography

From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes.

If you or your guests do not wish to appear in photographs, please let us know before your event.

14. Privacy

Any personal information collected as part of your enquiry or booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

GenConnect Golf may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version published on our website at the time of booking will apply to your event.
