We bring everything to you and transform your space into a premium indoor golf experience. Depending on the package you choose, we will:

  • Deliver and set up the fully enclosed simulator bay
  • Install and configure the launch monitor and simulation system
  • Show you exactly how to use the technology with confidence

Two ways to enjoy your private golf experience

Premium Golf Enclosure 

Option 1 — Self-Run Experience (Golf Bay Only)

(No member of staff stays on site)

Perfect if you want a relaxed, low-key experience and are happy to run the games yourselves. We will set everything up, show you exactly how to use the system, make sure everything is working perfectly, and then leave you to enjoy the experience at your own pace.

This option is recommended for experienced golfers who are confident using golf simulators and are mainly looking to enjoy playing courses and the more serious side of the game, rather than hosted games or competitions.

Prices for Friday, Saturday or Sunday events:

Option 2 — fully hosted experience 

(A member of our team stays to run the experience)
Perfect if you want the full Gen Connect Golf experience with competitions, structure and hosted fun. Our team member will: set everything up, run all match play functionality, organise longest drive and closest-to-the-pin competitions, create additional fun games and challenges, keep the experience flowing smoothly, support all players throughout the event.

Golf Bay

This option is ideal for groups of 2–16 players and can be up to 32 but . the more people taking part, but this will limit how much time each player has on the simulator

Prices for Friday, Saturday and Sunday Events:

3.5 hours — £570
4.5 hours — £650
5.5 hours — £700

Group sizes: Our private celebrations work best for: 2–16 active players rotating through games and challenges. Larger groups are welcome, but simulator time per person will reduce. We’re always happy to help you design a format that works for your group size and time available.

To help us keep Genconnect event prices as low as possible, we want to make you aware of the setup requirements for our large Simulator enclosure.

Setting up and taking down the enclosure takes around 90 minutes each way and must be done by two people. To avoid additional costs, we’re happy for one volunteer from your event team to assist our staff member during this process (This is only 20 minutes of volunteer time).

The volunteer simply needs to be:

  • Over 18 years old
  • Physically able to hold a support bar and help lift heavier fabric sections

If you’re unable to provide someone to assist, we’ll need to include a £75 support staff charge in your booking so that we can supply an additional team member to complete the setup and set down safely.

Par 3 Popup – Fully Hosted Experience

Our Pop-Up Par 3 experience is currently available exclusively for events in Harrow, Barnet, Brent, and Hillingdon.

The Par 3 Popup is perfect for fun, relaxed, fast‑flowing events — especially outdoors. With a GenConnect host running everything from games to challenges, your guests enjoy a smooth, exciting, stress‑free experience from start to finish.
