GenConnect Golf is a mobile golf simulator experience based in North West London, bringing realistic golf entertainment directly to your home, workplace, or event. We regularly travel across the region to support private parties, corporate events, community days, and celebrations.

While we can operate across North West London, our main focus is supporting events in Harrow, Barnet, Brent, and Hillingdon, where we are often able to offer local discount codes and special offers for residents, organisations, and community events.

If you are planning a party, corporate gathering, charity event, or special occasion, GenConnect Golf can bring a fun, interactive golf experience to your venue.

GenConnect Golf brings a premium, immersive golf‑sim experience directly to your event, business, school or venue.
We offer two professional simulator setups, each suited to different event styles, spaces and player requirements:

  • The Deluxe Simulator Bay — our flagship, full‑swing metal structure
  • The Par 3 Popup — our fast‑setup inflatable enclosure for outdoor and ground‑floor indoor events

1. The GenConnect Deluxe Simulator Bay

Our flagship professional enclosure for full‑swing performance

The Deluxe Simulator is a premium metal‑frame setup built for realism, durability and a true full‑swing golf experience. It comfortably supports everything from wedges to full‑swing woods and drivers, making it perfect for golfers seeking a true indoor golf environment.

Setup Time: approx. 1.5 hours
Pack‑down Time: approx. 1 hour
Indoor Use: Ideal
Outdoor Use: Peak summer only (weather permitting)

Enclosure Footprint

  • Length: 3 metres

Additional Swing Clearance

To ensure safe, unrestricted full swings, including woods:

  • Extra length in front: 2 metres
    • Total recommended length: approx. 5 metres
  • Extra width recommended: 1.5 metres
    • Total recommended width: approx. 5.5 metres
  • Height: at least 15cm (8 inches) above enclosure height

2. The GenConnect Par 3 Popup

Fast, flexible and perfect for outdoor events or ground‑floor indoor venues

The Par 3 Popup is our newest inflatable enclosure, built for quick setups, smooth pack‑downs and maximum flexibility.
It’s ideal for outdoor events, and can also be used indoors on ground floors where the space and height allow.

Setup Time: approx. 45 minutes
Pack‑down Time: approx. 30 minutes
Indoor Use: Ground floor only
Outdoor Use: Ideal (weather permitting)

Enclosure Footprint

  • External Size: 3 metres (depth) × 4 metres (width) × approx. 3 metres (height)**

Mandatory Setup Clearance (Inflatable Only)

For safe setup, anchoring and airflow, the Par 3 Popup requires a minimum of 2 feet (approx. 60cm) of clearance on all sides.

This means the total space needed is:

  • Total length: 3m + 0.6m + 0.6m = 4.2 metres
  • Total width: 4m + 0.6m + 0.6m = 5.2 metres
  • Height clearance: approx. 3.1 metres

Internal Playing Space

The inflatable walls and roof are approx. 20cm thick, giving:

  • Internal Width: approx. 3.6 metres
  • Internal Depth: approx. 2.6 metres
  • Internal Height: approx. 2.8–3 metres

To ensure safety, stability and the best possible playing experience, both of our simulator options require a clean, obstacle‑free and as flat as possible surface. Below you will find the specific requirements for each simulator, along with general guidance to help you determine whether your venue is suitable.

Premium Deluxe Simulator – Indoor‑Optimised

Our Deluxe Simulator Bay is specifically designed for indoor events where we can guarantee a controlled and stable environment.
This structure requires a flat, even floor, free from slopes or variations, to maintain safety and ensure accurate ball tracking.

Impact Protection Included

With the Deluxe Simulator, we provide:

  • A professional impact‑rated floor layer
    – Protects your venue’s flooring from repeated club and ball impact
    – Ensures a consistent hitting stance for all players

  • An extra‑thick, premium impact screen
    – Engineered to absorb every shot, including full‑swing woods
    – Guarantees golf balls cannot penetrate the screen or cause damage behind it

This setup ensures the safest, most controlled, professional simulator experience available.

Par 3 Popup Inflatable Simulator – Outdoor First, Indoor Friendly

The Par 3 Popup is primarily designed for outdoor use, especially on grass, where it anchors securely and performs at its best.
It can also be used indoors on ground-floor venues, provided the surface is suitably flat and the required clearances are met.

Flooring Details

  • Comes with non‑slip matting and a synthetic grass surface, ideal for outdoor or garden events
  • Impact floor is not included as standard, as this option is primarily used on grass
  • Impact floor can be added for an additional cost if your indoor space requires extra protection or stability

Flat Surface Still Essential

Just like the Deluxe Simulator, the Par 3 Popup requires a surface that is as level as possible to ensure:

  • Stability of the inflatable structure
  • Safe stance and movement for players
  • Proper tracking of shots

General Floor Requirements for Both Simulators

Regardless of the simulator you choose, your space must meet the following conditions:

Clear Area

The installation area must be completely free from obstacles, including:

  • Stairs or steps
  • Fixed or immovable objects
  • Low walls or pillars
  • Furniture that cannot be moved

Floor Condition

Your surface should be:

  • Mostly flat and level
  • Free from steep gradients
  • Free from dips, humps, or raised edges

Minor variations are usually fine, but the flatter the surface, the safer and better the overall experience.

Unsuitable Surfaces

We cannot install on:

  • Significant slopes or gradients
  • Heavily uneven or unstable ground
  • Areas with large dips or protrusions
  • Surfaces where the simulator cannot sit securely

Power Requirements

The golf simulator operates using a standard 230V electrical outlet. We require access to one standard power socket within a reasonable distance of the setup area. All simulator components run from this single outlet.

If the nearest socket isn’t immediately adjacent, that’s no problem — we supply our own professional‑grade extension leads to safely reach the required power source.

Simulator Setup Assistance Requirement

To keep GenConnect Golf events efficient, safe and great value, here is a clear breakdown of the setup requirements for each simulator option.

Premium Deluxe Simulator – Two‑Person Setup Required

Our Deluxe metal‑frame simulator enclosure requires two people to safely complete the setup and pack‑down process.
Each stage takes approximately 20 minutes, and having two people ensures the structure is installed securely and without strain.

To help avoid additional staffing costs, we’re happy for one volunteer from your event team to assist our GenConnect staff member.

Your volunteer simply needs to be:

  • Over 18 years old
  • Physically able to hold a support bar
  • Capable of helping lift and manoeuvre some of the heavier fabric sections

If you’re unable to provide a suitable volunteer, we can supply an additional GenConnect team member.
This will add a £75 support‑staff charge to your booking to ensure safe installation and removal of the enclosure.

Par 3 Popup Inflatable Simulator – No Assistance Needed

The Par 3 Popup is designed for a fast, simple, one‑person setup, making it ideal for events where minimal involvement is preferred.

  • It can be fully installed and packed down by a single GenConnect team member
  • No volunteer is required
  • No additional staffing charge applies

This makes the Par 3 Popup a hassle‑free option, especially for outdoor events or venues with quick turnover times.

 

 

Important Things to Keep in Mind

The most common things customers forget or underestimate are:

  • Space and ceiling height
    Ensuring the room meets the minimum size and height requirements is essential for safe swinging and accurate simulator performance.

  • A mostly flat, obstacle‑free floor area
    The bay and playing zone must be clear of furniture, fixtures and uneven flooring.

  • Access to a standard 230V power socket
    One standard indoor outlet is required for setup and operation.

  • Safety around alcohol
    Like most private events, alcohol is often present. For safety reasons, anyone who is clearly drunk or not fully in control of their movements will not be permitted to use the simulator. This protects both guests and the equipment.

 

Security Guarantee

We ask the host to provide a credit or debit card as a security guarantee against damage caused by reckless behaviour.
No funds are taken unless damage occurs.

We have never had to apply these charges — they exist purely as a precaution and for peace of mind.

Payment Requirements

Full payment is required on arrival before setup begins.
We accept:

  • Card payments (please note: card payments incur a 4% processing fee)
